Proof that Friesian hasn't lost his touch! Viewed: 502 times. Forum party 18th Nov 07. Friesian & myself had a 1v1 after. He set up on a hill and I attacked. Splitting my cavalry proved to be a very foolish move. Viewed: 459 times. Forum party 18th Nov 07. I was able to reduce Wolfpsyco and Ben mostly routed Friesian's forces but the cost was very high. Initially, Ben & myself took the hillock on the Tannenburg map but Friesian & Wolfpsycho set up camp in the forest in the distance. I attacked Wolfpsyco on our right and Ben took on Friesian on our left. Viewed: 333 times. Forum party 18th Nov 07. We started off with a 2v2 battle. Christians against Muslims. Ben & I were England & Spain. Friesian & Wolfpsyco were Egypt & thr Turks. Viewed: 368 times. Cannons fire. Took me ages to get the timing exactly right Viewed: 820 times. English stake circles are not as common as the phalanx circles of rtw but they do exist. Note the cavalry sneaking around the back but staying within range. Viewed: 817 times. His archers can no longer harass my cavalry as they are busy getting cold steel into their guts and the pincer is beginning to close. Viewed: 726 times. Foamy's infantry are stubbornly refusing to rout but this was back in 1.0 days when archers were way too strong in melee. Viewed: 731 times.
